1. Warranty period

Offer one year or two year warranty periods for our customer, maintenance includes all components, to enhance the user confidence. (subject to terms and conditions of sales contract)

2. On site installation

On site installation and demonstrate the proper use of mattress.

3. On site maintenance

Under warranty, on site service will be provided.

4. Free on loan air pump

Under warranty, provide free air pump on loan service when pump is out of order.

5. Annual inspection

Provide first anniversary checking for two-year warranty customers.

6. Flexible length of mattress

Length of mattress can be shortened without any special tools. All changes are

reversible.
