The intelligent core of SOMNOsmart 2 consists of precise event recognition and a unique algorithm that safely regulates each individual patient's therapy pressure.

Precise
Precise event recognition is based on the unique combination of the OPS (FOT), flow and snore signals. That guarantees greater accuracy in the recognition of snoring, flow limitations, apnea and hypopnea. The difference between central and obstructive events is ensured. Artefacts, leakage and mouth expiration are also unambiguously recognized.

Efficient
The unique algorithm looks after the sleeping patient by providing efficient pressure adjustment. It guarantees reliable and gentle regulation of therapy pressure throughout the night.

Economical
SOMNOsmart 2 contributes to optimizing daily routines, from simple device handling and time-saving therapy setting to faster data transfer and quicker therapy checks.

The setting and analysis software SOMNOsupport can also be used with SOMNOsmart 2. The software makes all the relevant therapy settings and permits the read-out and analysis of stored signals, respiratory events and compliance data.
